Your answers to optional questions in our forms (such as which events interest you), which help us plan better sessions.

 

Feedback when you attend our events and choose to complete a feedback form.

 

Photographs taken at our events — only ever with your consent on the day.

 

Our website is built on Wix, which collects basic, anonymous visitor statistics (such as the number of visitors to the site).

 

We do not use any additional tracking or advertising tools.

 

How we use your information

To contact you about events you have registered interest in.To send you updates about Your Better Way activities, if you have asked us to.

To understand and improve the impact of our programmes (feedback is reported anonymously).

To report anonymised results to funders — we never share your personal details with funders without your explicit consent.

We will never contact you more than necessary — and you can unsubscribe at any time.

 

How long we keep your information

We keep your contact details only for as long as you want to hear from us.

If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details, we will do so within 30 days.

 

Event feedback is anonymised and may be kept longer for impact reporting.
