Walk • Talk • Grow is a free community event created to bring people together through movement, conversation and connection. 🌿
We’ll meet in or around Nottingham for a relaxed walk at an easy, accessible pace. You don’t need to be fit or experienced. The idea is simply to get outside, move a little, meet new people and have meaningful conversations along the way.
Each event will have a different theme focused on wellbeing, confidence, personal growth and connection.
We’ll be meeting whatever the weather, so please check the forecast and dress appropriately. Comfortable shoes are recommended.
